about 10 days of work so far (almost done!)

photographer going out tomorrow to take pics for the listing

being listed Friday noon-ish

had a pre-inspection you know, for no reason, the realtor we like, eh why bother

oh but hey we got like a rat colony in the attic so that’s cool

I hired Dale from King of the Hill or maybe Charlie Kelly to go out there with his rat stick and murder them

There’s like 6 pages of still broken stuff I just haven’t had the heart to look at yet but the contractor is working on

BUT hey it’s still going on the market this weekend???

that’s pretty exciting!!

The landscaper was also there today

and now I need to have a roofer I guess

and possibly an electrician

all these expenses it reminds me of the week before our wedding - just throwing money at people so that I don’t cry

Rick Ross wearing a chain of himself wearing a chain of himself.

this is the level of flagrancy that I want to be on

ok, but then I need the head to pop off and it to be filled with hot fudge sauce.

"

"Back in the day, Walter would, every once in a while, forget how to draw. Remember?" Louise said.

“Oh yeah,” Walter agreed. “That still happens occasionally. It’s like, ‘Oh my god, nothing I’m drawing looks any good anymore. My life is over as an artist.’ And what I realized, because I was an editor at the time, and had seen a lot of work go past me, was that when you hit this phase where suddenly your stuff, which looks just like it did yesterday, doesn’t look good to you anymore, it’s because your mind has made a leap. Your brain has gotten farther than your hand has learned to do it yet. But eventually, give it a few weeks, keep it up and you’ve made a leap in your own craft. That was a big help because it was so depressing when you realize you couldn’t draw anymore.”
